Women describe LaDora as a teacher with a shepherd’s heart, an encourager, and a friend. Her teaching is described as warm and inviting, like sitting down for a cup of coffee with a friend. Through her teaching, she shares principles from scripture with encouraging stories to validate your struggle, encourage your heart, and offer hope in Jesus.

She received a Certificate of Completion from the S.A.L.T. (Servant Approach Leadership Training) Institute in Chattanooga, TN. In this two-year course, pastors trained her to study, prepare, and deliver a message from God’s Word.

Since then, she’s had opportunities to teach and speak in her local church, to pastors' wives in India for Hope & Help International, and with the organization, I Am Second.
